We will need to gather a few details from you such as the date and location of your wedding.

Step 2: Tasting and Consultation

The fun has already begun, and you’re only on step two. We’d love to invite you in to taste all that Rudy’s Smokehouse has to offer. Expertly smoked meat and decadent sides will fill the table and your bellies. During this consultation you will not only be able to taste our fabulous food but we will take some time to get to know each other so we can serve you and your personal style best!

Step 3: Getting Your Quote

After your consultation, we will be able to send you a quote based on the information we have gathered and the food you selected from your tasting. This quote is not the final bill but we pride ourselves in making sure it’s as close to accurate as possible, this way you can confidently move forward with your budget in mind.

Step 4: Deposit

Once you have decided to use our catering services for weddings, we will be excited to continue to help you finalize everything for your big day! A deposit of 20% will be requested to secure your date.

Step 5: The Final Countdown

On the Friday before your wedding, we will ask for your final numbers based on how many you are expecting. We will then make sure you receive your final bill. We prefer to get the bill paid the Tuesday before your wedding. We find that this will help you enjoy your big day even more, knowing that everything is already squared away.
