Committed to excellence for over 40 years in the Springfield area, Rudy’s Culinary Team is on standby, ready to create a unique experience for any occasion. We hold the ability to serve parties ranging in size from 2 to 1,000. We are built with quality people who are committed to providing excellent food and service… to ensure the last thing you have to worry about is the food (Hey- that’s our job!).

Rudy’s Smokehouse opened our first location in December of 2004 and we have been serving up great BBQ in Springfield, Ohio ever since. Locally owned & operated, we have been in the restaurant business for over 30 plus years.

True barbeque as practiced in the American South has 4
main ingredients- quality meats, low temperatures, wood
burning for flavor enhancement, and lots and lots of
patience, which is exactly what we do here at Rudy’s
